It depends on the project. Once we officially kick off (start dates usually have a 1–2 week wait), timelines vary based on scope and depth of research.
As a guide:
• Print ads can be as quick as 3 days
• Full brand messaging or website copy can take up to 4 weeks
We’ll review your exact timeline on our discovery call so you know exactly what to expect.
If you’re on a tight deadline, the fastest routes are a Power Hour or a Race-to-the-Impact intensive — I reserve VIP spots each month specifically for rush projects.
I personally deliver the copy. That said, almost every project includes design review and feedback to make sure the visuals elevate the message — not dilute it.
If you need a designer, I can:
• Connect you with creative partners I trust
• Hand off the project to them with clear direction
• Collaborate closely so copy + design work as one
In select cases, I’ll manage the design side entirely — sourcing the designer, acting as the point of contact, and guiding the creative vision throughout.
Every project has moving parts, so your exact investment depends on your goals, deliverables, and timeline. But here are typical ranges you can plan for:
• Print ad campaigns: ~$1,000 for 1–2 ads (discounts for additional)
• Brand messaging guide: ~$3,500
• Website copy (5–7 pages): ~$6,000
• Power Hours: $300/hour
• Race-to-the-Impact intensives: $1,500/day (note: I reserve a max of 3 of these each month)
